Investigation of two former institutions in Derry/Londonderry - Fort James Children's Home in Ardmore Road and Harberton House Assessment Centre in Irish Street commenced on Monday 8th June 2015 and spanned 8 sitting days. Both these establishments were under the remit of the former Western Health & Social Services Board and have since closed.
